fix retrieving specific composer version

get the following when attempting to specify composer version, I believe this change should resolve it.

/usr/local/bin/composer: line 1: Version: not found

nevermind, I see this would break downloads for links like the following, https://getcomposer.org/download/latest-2.2.x/composer.phar
