Please add the support of Fossil SCM (the great Swiss Army knife with DVCS, Wiki, Bugtracking, Notes and Web Interface by the author of SQLite)

Hi, @cidious. It is a good idea, thank you! But now I am not ready to doing Fossil integration by myself. I will wait pull request for it.
