Better syntax on php
We do have dependency on php-http/message by our ResponseBuilder
Depend on Discovery 0.9 (removes dependency on Puli)

Please note that currently 0.9 breaks BC. I would rather bring discovery to stable this week.

Finally. Travis tests passes.

i really don't understand why the version of the factory makes a difference there. we even have composer self-update in the .travis.yml. feels like a bug in composer with complex depencency trees.

however, in my opinion we can just merge this, its not incorrect and should do no harm.
