Summary

this is more or less related to this issue: https://github.com/php-telegram-bot/laravel/pull/34

i could not use php-telegram-bot/laravel because of this dependency. But this dependency only once part of the fix. The next one is going to be in pull request in php-telegram-bot/laravel repo.
