Add nationality and language speaking #79

It's would be Nice to add language speaking and nationality (maybe with emojis) of the channels so we can filter. Because among the channels in the list, there is many with foreign language (i mean other than english).

@JulienRAVIA good idea ! Maybe submit a PR with a language emoji before / after the name ? I've checked, the script parses them correctly.
