add package.xml required to make this ext installable with pecl installers like https://github.com/mlocati/docker-php-extension-installer

close #2

Hi @mlocati, can you please review this PR if it fixes all issues related with the package unbundling, ie. if https://github.com/mlocati/docker-php-extension-installer/pull/894 would pass with this PR.
