@langemeijer — would you mind if I merged this, and then create a new release with tag so that Windows users can download DLLs here?

Excellent, thank you. I was planning to merge a few of the other PR's and do a new release anyway, but it's unsure where I can do that in the coming month. I know there is high demand for a Windows DLL, it will make people happy if you can merge and release.
