Contradictory configure flags descriptions #7

I've been looking at the configure options after doing buildconf

I see options such as --disable-cgi but the description says Build CGI Version of PHP as if it's more like an enable flag. I did a google search and couldn't find anything about this. I'm guessing I just go with the description rather than the flag name itself?
