It is me, Sascha, and @heiglandreas — Sascha and I are owners, with Andreas a user — but it isn't webmaster tools, but postmaster tools: https://postmaster.google.com

I don't think we need the two DNS TXT records any more.

The information it provides is pretty useless though, and there is a new version at https://postmaster.google.com/v2/sender_compliance?domain=php.net (which requires AUTH).

Right now, it just says:

This dashboard shows email sender requirements compliance for your domain and subdomains. Last updated on Mon, 12 Aug, at 01:00.
