Revert deprecation of @link #136

@link was deprecated in favor of @see. The discussion reveiled that there are semantic differences. Furthermore @see doesn't provide an inline alternative.

This repo is outdated... please get a new fork from https://github.com/php-fig/fig-standards for future contributions.

This issue does still need to be corrected in the FIG repo, so please open a new PR there. Please include a link to #104 in it, though, so that it keeps a trail back to the original discussion. Note also that the tags are now in the PSR-19 files phpdoc-tags*.

Rather than working against FIG repo, I have now updated this phpDoc fork, so we can resume working here.

Please update your fork of this repo, and update this PR to resolve its conflicts.
