Using absolute paths for templates does not work with the PHAR #553

phpDocumentor tries to copy the template to data/templates to make sure you can extend existing templates. A way around this needs to be found

In order to solve this we might have to look at the way Sculpin manages plugins (with an embedded composer) and implement that in phpDocumentor. This would however require a significant effort
