Start of a dashboard on the front page of DocBlox #2

Mike, I started this ages ago, but ran out of time. Since then quite a few changes have been made, so thought it might be best to get this into the project sooner rather than later.

It is linked to https://github.com/docblox/docblox/issues/301 and I am going to raise a pull request for the abstract module as well.

It is also linked to https://github.com/docblox/template.new_black/pull/1/ which also completes some of the things mentioned on https://github.com/docblox/docblox/issues/301
