I'm using phpList v3.6.7.

Looking at the subscribe page on an iPad Pro 10.5 I've found some UI issues (green annotations by me):

The alignment of the black custom attributes is too low. This happens on larger screens as well.
There is an unnecessary line break for the e-mail confirmation text in red. Moving the text boxes to the right would fix this. There is a lot of free space to the right.

Ah, yes, looks like that can do with a bit of tidying up. It's probably because the mark-up is about 20 years old ;-)

If you can find some time to sort it out, a PR is always welcome, but otherwise we can try to see if someone else has some time for that.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, CSS is not my strength. I'm a simple phpList user.
