3.6.8-RC1 does not have the latest version of Common Plugin #869

The latest version is 3.18.4 but version 3.18.0 has been included. This problem seems to happen for each new release.

@bramley do you have any idea what might be the cause of the problem? Since it is a repetitive issue every time there is a new release.

It looks as if Michiel had to do something manually last time see https://github.com/phpList/phplist3/issues/851 but maybe something can be added to the release process just to remind that it needs to be done.

If I can change the plugin to make it simpler to be included automatically then let me know.

Also, the Captcha and CKEditor plugins are not the latest versions.

I ran composer update and pushed the new composer lock file to the release branch https://github.com/phpList/phplist3/commit/cc9a351a5f175635414796f8beca1da1624350af

It will be useful to roll out one more RC, just to check that the dependency update didn't break anything
