link from event list to comments section on detail page

It would be nice to have the opportunity to link from the event list directly to the comments section on the detail page. Anchors don't work because of the iframe construction. Maybe "frame_scroll_to_id[]"?

Should extend frame_scroll_to_id[] in such way that the ID can be given as GET parameter and used in URLs
