Tabs/newline support in Sql2Scanner #2

When tabs and/or newlines were used in a SQL query, the tokens created by the Sql2Scanner would incorrectly include those characters.

The related Sql2ScannerTest in the phpcr-api-tests repo has also been updated https://github.com/phpcr/phpcr-api-tests/pull/43
