More maintainers needed #38

I'm not satisfied with the pace phpearth/docker-php (and phpearth/alpine) gets updated:

I would like to became maintainer, so I could use this project results faster and better.

I've been PLD Linux developer since 2004 and being release manager of 2.0 (old stable), released in 2007: https://www.pld-linux.org/ac, I think I qualify :)

That's right. This repository should have more maintainers.
