Heroku setup - Githubissues

Setting up Heroku environment

Currently: https://phphants.herokuapp.com/ (I've put into Maint mode just in case anyone accidentally comes across it and tries to use it)

[x] Deployment with Procfile & Postgres addon
[x] Configuration & environment variables
[x] Copy across database from production (for testing)
[x] Set up S3 or some kind of storage for avatars - or alternatively switch to Gravatar for speakers...?
[x] Test of 3rd party services (Twitter/GitHub login, Google Recaptcha)
[x] Test everything else
[x] Configure Heroku custom domain
[x] Update DNS in Cloudflare to point to Heroku
[x] Re-copy database over & uploaded assets (avatars etc.)
[x] Disable old site on my server (with message like wait for DNS etc.)
