DefaultDomain #129

The default domain must be part of the testsuite.yml and not of config.yml as this information is part of the testsuite

Will be part of milestone 1.1.0 as this is needed at the moment.

The defaultDomain can be set using the command line parameter --defaultDomain. This should be the simplest solution for the moment.
