Incident count doesn't include merged reports #104

On merged reports, the incident count doesn't include the merged ones as well, but only incidents directly linked to the original reports. This makes the incident count quite useless for merged reports.

Also the merged ones are not show in versions and other details (not sure, this might be separate bug...).
