Does exist some emulator of this stuff? .... or is somebody going to give me a cell phone to test it? :-) ... Anyway it would be used for much different things than phpMyAdmin and I guess that creating another project for such thing would be the best solution (if somebody interested).

Michal, there is an emulator for small screen browsers. It is called Opera Web Browser, ever heared of that? :o)
Seriously: Opera has an emulation mode for small screen rendering which could be useful for testing purposes.
Generally, I'd like to see such a feature in phpMyAdmin, too

Generate pages for use on the new generation of cell phone that use "mini-browsers". (i.e. no graphics, reduced display size, etc.)
Would be awesome to do some basic administration from my cell phone. I don't know what the "standard" screen size is for these devices, but 320x240 pixels is a pretty good starting point.
Would like to be able to accomplish the 'high' level admin type stuff remotely in a pinch. i.e. flush privledges, add a new user, server status, backup tables (to remote addresses, not the phone), restore tables (from remote or local addresses), start, stop, restart, etc. Don't necessarily need to edit rows for non 'mysql' table when working at this higher level.
