Added tmp to .gitignore
Added sami.php to generate config for Sami
Removed apigen/apigen
Added sami/sami
Updated build script

This looks very nice. I'm a bit busy for the next few days or in to next week, so if @nijel doesn't have time to review it before then I'll definitely work on merging this at that point.
