Add Sentry setup #43

As far as I can see this setup works, even if it is out of date.

The setup on https://github.com/getsentry/onpremise is too complex and has too much services needed to make it work. I decided after a try to not use the latest onpremise because I can not audit why on earth each service is needed.

Let me know you thoughts, I will merge this automatically soon after a successful deploy on our server.
