Remove demo version 4.9.x #57

phpMyAdmin 4.9.x is in security maintenance only and it does not supports PHP 8.2, which is the PHP version used for the demo server.

Posting here, since I don't know where, but related. Should translations also be locked on Weblate for 4.9?

I don't mind leaving open for translations, but I also don't see any issues in locking it.
