Adjusting misaligned close button in modal on downloads page

The change looks as follows ->

With alignment marker tool to justify the close button position ->

• The button is aligned as per the request. To the right corner but not too corner.
• The button floats right to allow the browser to handle components around the element. Added "pull-right" bootstrap class for float: right;
