BUG - problems when length class set to cm in Opencart. #1

When the length class is set to cm in Opencart the results returned from NZPost 
are for post and packaging options much smaller than the actual item in the 
cart.

It seems the units aren't being converted to the correct type expected by 
NZPost.

Thanks for the bug report, I have applied changes so Store measurement does not 
affect the quotes. The product measures are converted to mm and kg.
