SUGGESTION - Add options for each enabling / disabling each NZPost service in admin control panel #4

More control of the shipping options offered in the admin control panel would 
be nice, with a radio button to turn on of off each option.

Eg options for:

ParcelPost
ParcelPost Postage Included Bags
ParcelPost Tracked
ParcelPost Tracked Postage Included Bags
Parcelpost Tracked Zonal
Ready-to-go courier

International Economy Air
International Air Parcel
Economy Courier
Express Courier

Thanks for the suggestion, currently the module has options to choose 
signature, tracking or parcel only quotes. I may review this to include 
specific services in future but the options should provide a fair degree for 
choice to achieve similar effect and would be less open to changes at NZ Post.
