Please add a .gitattributes file #315

Please add a .gitattributes file to exclude the /tests directory, and any other files that aren't needed in production (e.g.: CHANGES.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, README.md).

Prophecy is a tool for development so it doesn't make sense here 😉
