FIX Update security checker to version with new API url #93

The daily security checker notification has been driving me nuts. Symfony/Sensio has a recent corporate restructure and the API url for the security check definitions was updated. Version 5 onwards has the new url.

I had to update twig due to a security vulnerability. This wouldn't be mergeable without the twig update, so I couldn't move it to another PR.
