updatenotifier plugin broke again #310

Just like issue I posted before, the format seems to have changed again, sorry for the trouble; https://github.com/phpsysinfo/phpsysinfo/issues/304

this time the file " /var/lib/update-notifier/updates-available" contains;

0 updates can be applied immediately.
