Reviewing Japanese document again #7

I reviewed Japanese document again and I have some ideas to make it better. According to PHP document we can have user friendly translation policy. My points are below:

ウェブ to Web
オペレータ(operator) to 演算子
namespace to 名前空間
attribute to 属性
method to メソッド

Thank you! these policy really better.

I considered "属性" is an indefinite word. but, it's to be well-known XML keyword today.
