When use your Quick guide for Ubuntu. I have this problem with rep)

Now i use xenial instead of bionic.

Hi, thanks for reporting . This PPA doesn't have builds for bionic yet =(. Also, I'm phasing out PPA in a favor of docker), so please, use docker as of now. I'll update the readme in a while.
