PECL Release #106

Hey @preillyme

I think current master would be a good candidate for a release to PECL.

After all

it actually supports recent v8 versions
fixes some memory leaks and disposes isolates as needed
gracefully handles php fatal errors (without crashing v8)
fixes property visibility issues
handle timezone changes

... I think that's enough to justify a release :)

Agreed and perhaps with a bump to version 1.0.0?

I think we're not yet ready for version 1.0.0 and tagging as stable (what I would imply if we bump to 1.0.0). Before doing so we should get out releases on a regular basis (especially if we get incompatible with stable v8 versions) and wrt. stability there have been some issues lately as well ...

But 0.2.0 would be ok definitely IMHO.

@preillyme I just noticed we actually have a second issue tracker over at https://bugs.php.net/search.php?cmd=display&status=Open&package_name[]=v8js ... is it possible to link there to over here? Or could I have an account there to help out?

Re-assigning to me now since I've beed added as lead on pecl.php.net finally, yeah! :) Bear with me that I'll first try to fix build with 4.x versions of v8 however ...

Just uploaded the release package a few minutes ago.

I bumped the version number to 0.2.0 :-)
