Add support for MacOS to install script (note: user still has to have Xcode installed w/command line tools).

@moloch-- thanks for the PR! are you then able to successfully compile the final executable without any issue?

Yea I am running into a few issues, but I think I just have to make some symlinks around different names used by the Mac version of mingw
