Start of animations and sounds are delayed after a shot. #100

Likely need to cache them to make this faster.

People who are poor in processor power still experience animation delays, but the delays they experience are now half of what they were. I consider this closed. If it's a huge problem for you, get a better machine or contribute a patch to make it faster.
