Voice commands and such keep going because some of the protocols don't terminate correctly.

The fix to #72 mitigated this but did not completely eliminate it. Unfortunately due to the poor quality of existing Python TTS libraries it's not really worth trying to work out the few remaining issues relevant to this bug.
