The projector calibration threshold is too high and ensures the markers are often not detected. #99

This needs to be configurable via a slider. Slide window should place itself just below the main ShootOFF window, should automatically show when calibrating and automatically close when stopping calibration. Update wiki to say that ~150 min works well for projectors but ~200 min is better for monitors.

Highlight recommended steps on Wiki:

  1. Ensure camera is showing essentially only the projection.
  2. Ensure camera and projection are square with each other.
  3. Ensure shots are still detected (tweak laser intensity and light conditions until true).
  4. Turn on calibration and adjust threshhold until a lock is achieved (may require temporarily upping camera or projector brightness, then reduce back to detecting shots after stopping calibration).
