phrase pull returning Error: 400 Bad Request for...

Using the latest phrase CLI 2.5.1 on Mac we are now receiving an error from a previously working repository.

This is now blocking our release as it suddenly stopped working and we are unsure why. Some output from the phrase pull command:

Hello,

The Engineering Team had a look at the request logs and the issue seemed to be related to the encoding format. They have just released a change that should fix the issue.
