"sources" and "targets" links in the readme go nowhere useful #140

On the readme page here

there are links to "sources" in step 3, and "targets" in step 4. Those direct to this page:

https://support.phrase.com/hc/en-us/sections/5784132012828

But that page is just a list of links, with no indication of what "sources" and "targets" are or where to find out about them.

I'd expect to click one of those links and get an actual explanation of what a source or a target is in Phrase.
