Change images of og-/twitter-cards on open_essay #24

I will need to generate a js-dict of the images on build time to uncomment the code that does this.

Done. Also changes the lang-attribute of the html tag, so google indexing doesn't accidentally assume a site has a diffferent language than it supposedly has.
