I don't know if this is even possible, and if there's something like emoji fonts, but I noticed GitHub using one specific emoji style, so I think this should be possible.
It would allow my website to use the same emoji style on every platform, which would be good, because as it is now, the Microsoft sparkles emoji looks terrible with my website due to its multi-colored sparkles and its shape, and this like this could be easily fixed by unifying the used emoji style.
