Error during page display #109

Platform:Mac

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open up the attached .chm
2. Navigate to: Features/First look
3. The page will display the following error:

This page contains the following errors:

error on line 125 at column 32: Entity 'nbsp' not defined
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The   should either be converted into a space or tab etc.. but should stop 
the display of 
the page.

This works with xchm... but I prefer ichm!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.4.1 on Mac OSX 10.6.2 on a macbook

Please upgrade to 1.4.2 and try again.
