NUnit Setup/Teardown methods aren't called at all #32

ExpectedExceptionAttribute doesn't work as expected either. When marknig a 
test method with the ExpectedExceptionAttribute from nunit, and running it 
with mbunit, the test always succeeds, even when the first and only call 
inside the method is Assert.Fail

Use Gallio to run these tests instead of the MbUnit v2 based emulation.
