Icarus: Save/load previous project state. #46

Icarus should save the name of the currently open project and of test
selections made in the tree and automatically restore them on next load. 
When working with project files, this can be done by creating a *.user file
next to the project file.  When working with plain old assemblies we can
save the information in the user's profile folder (AppData).

I'm opening this issue to make sure we don't lose this important usability
feature from v2.4 as originally reported here:

Addendum: Should persist tree selections across automatic reloads of the project
(when assemblies have changed).

I think this is in place, but just in case, I'm pushing it out to alpha 3.
It depends somewhat on project file improvements.
