Lets investigate and possibly implement reporting outputs for NUnit\JUnit 
to help increase the Gallios support in the various .NET and Java based CI 
servers. Where possibly we should encourage Gallio reporting format (to 
get the richest possibe support) but to ease implementation supporting 
other reporting formats should be possible.

This task is difficult and not really worthwhile due to meta-model mismatch 
among
these tools.
Let's just natively support those other CI tools instead.  We'll be able to 
provide a
much more compelling user experience that way anyways.
