Resolve symbols in the code and provide some basic infrastructure for
implementing features like Go To Source in the MbUnit GUI.

Code location information is now available by reading debug symbols from PDB 
files.

It is currently used in the MSBuild task and I'm sure it'll get used by other
features later.
