Void items in contextual menu of GUI #86

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a project
2. Right click on one of the TestFixture classes populated in tree, poping 
contextual menu
3. Popup first sub menu "Tests"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Two void items are found in the sub menu "Tests" of contextual menu, where 
nothing was expected instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MbUnit GUI 2.4.197 on .Net 2.0.0.0 under Win XP

Please provide any additional information below.

Hi, thanks for reporting this.  I have removed these two items from the context 
menu.
