Add descriptions to profiles #10

The backend part of this issue is really easy. The frontend part needs a lot more thought around how to present detail about the profiles.

Moreover, is this really necessary? Maybe for the 3G (UK) and 4G (UK) profiles where the background is mildly interesting.

I'll reopen this if it ever becomes more than mildly interesting.
