No, but you're welcome to submit a pull request! I think it is based on the 2015 paper by some of the same authors, which I did implement.

I think implementing this algorithm (Robust Document Image Dewarping Method Using Text-Lines and Line Segments) is a little bit out of my league but I will try my best. May be @phulin you have any suggestion/advice that would be useful for me in this task?

Can you share the code of this paper if you successfully reproduce it（Robust Document Image Dewarping Method using Text-lines and Line Segments）? Because the calculation of the loss function of line segment angle mentioned in the paper is relatively broad, I can't understand it
