How to Update Project Calendar API V2. TO API V.3(VB 2010) #694

Hi guys! I have a code based in Gooogle Calendar API V.2 that function 
normally. i wanto update him to version V.3,because the other version will 
expired coming soon.But i don't know how to do this,i'm reading some 
articles(including in the GoogleDevelopers),but nothing ... Please somebody can 
help with this convertion? The code that i'm using is very big and i can't to 
put here. My Complete Project is in attached file ... )

vI would be also interested in this, because v2 stopped to work on 17-Nov
